Youth in tea plantation communities, especially young women, lack adequate access to vocational education/ trainings. Addressing the said issue, T-Field Child Development Federation in collaboration with National Apprentice and Industrial Training Authority (NAITA) , with the funding of ChildFund Sri Lanka, established a career development outreach center in Holyrood estate to provide easy access to available courses for the youth in tea plantation communities. Today 08 young women graduated from their sewing course provided by the outreach center. Congratulations to all young women who successfully completed their sewing course!
