As a part of home gardening initiative, T-Field Child Development Federation have provided youth in Dambulla area with necessary support to start home gardens to address current food crisis. Now, the youth gardeners are harvesting vegies. While home gardens contribute to their family’s daily meals, some of them even have been able to earn extra money by selling the excess harvest.
